Hello, I just found this swan the other day and in my investigation of it’s origins I discovered Whitefriars glass. I’m convinced this is one of the earlier swans as it is not footed and has a polished base. The only thing I could not discover anywhere was wether or not Whitefriars etched “Made in England” on their pieces. This swan measures 8.75” tall, 9” long and 3” wide.
P.S. looking through all your albums I think perhaps I might become a new collector. Whitefriarsmade such lovely unique pieces!
