9435 but only 13.75 inches?

Good afternoon, I have this vase which I think is 9435 but it is only 13.75 inches tall. I understand 9435 should be 15 inches and 9437 21 inches, would there be much variation? Thanks for any info, should be some photographs attached if all goes well!
